Exterior Painting & Touch-ups: Refreshing your home's exterior with quality paintwork for lasting protection and renewed aesthetics. Screen Repair: Fixing tears and damage to pool cage and lanai screens, common in our Florida environment. Minor Stucco & Siding Repair: Addressing cracks, holes, or damage to maintain your home's structural integrity and appearance. Storm Preparation & Basic Cleanup: Assisting with securing outdoor items before a storm and clearing minor debris afterward.

Scheduling & Deposit: Booking Confirmation: All services require a confirmed appointment. We utilize our online booking system to manage our schedule effectively. Deposit Required: A [your deposit amount, e.g., $50.00] deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit guarantees your reserved time slot and will be applied directly towards the total cost of your service. 2. Payment Methods: For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: Cash Zelle Venmo Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. Please note a 4% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Client Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking online up to [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service start time without penalty. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service, or in the event of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your [your deposit amount] deposit. This fee compensates for the time and resources reserved for your appointment. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests made within [e.g., 12 hours] of the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in deposit forfeiture.
