Please note a 4% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Client Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking online up to [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service start time without penalty. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service, or in the event of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your [your deposit amount] deposit.
